Expanding Your Footprint? We Handle the Flow.

Whether it's a new master suite or an in-law apartment, we seamlessly integrate new plumbing into your home's existing infrastructure.

Seamless Integration.

Adding square footage is a major investment. The last thing you want is for your new bathroom to have weak pressure or drainage issues because it wasn't properly tied into the main system.

We calculate the load calculations for water supply and waste to ensure your current system can handle the expansion. If upgrades are needed, we identify them before construction begins, saving you costly headaches down the road.

Code Compliance Guarantee

We work directly with local building inspectors in Attleboro, Norton, and surrounding towns to ensure every pipe meets strict Massachusetts plumbing codes.

Addition FAQs

Can my current water heater handle another bathroom?
It depends on the size. A standard 40-gallon tank might struggle with a 3rd bathroom. We often recommend upgrading to a 50-gallon high-recovery unit or a tankless system for endless hot water.
How do you drain a new bathroom if it's far from the main stack?
We adhere to code regarding slope (¼ inch per foot). If gravity isn't enough, we can install a sewage ejector pump, but we always prioritize gravity drainage whenever possible for reliability.
Do you install gas lines for new appliances?
Yes! We are licensed gas fitters. We can run new lines for fireplaces, dryers, stoves, or outdoor grills as part of your addition project.
