Go Green. Save Green.

Upgrade to a modern, high-efficiency condensing boiler. Lower your carbon footprint and slash your monthly gas bill.

What is "High-Efficiency"?

Traditional boilers waste about 20-30% of the heat they generate up the chimney. High-efficiency condensing boilers capture that escaped heat, achieving efficiency ratings of up to 96% AFUE.

Pinette Plumbing partners with Mass Save to help you take advantage of substantial rebates for upgrading. It's not just about saving money; it's about superior comfort and a quieter home.

Efficiency FAQs

How do condensing boilers work?
They have a secondary heat exchanger that extracts heat from the exhaust gases (water vapor) that normally escapes up the chimney. This "recycled" heat is what makes them so efficient.
Do they require more maintenance?
They do require annual maintenance to keep the heat exchanger clean and the condensate drain clear, but this is true for any boiler if you want it to last.
Can I vent it out the side of my house?
Yes! Because the exhaust is cooler, we use PVC piping to vent directly through a side wall, eliminating the need for a traditional chimney liner.
